PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of discontinuity and drop out in video and voice when receiving the radio wave by switching a first broadcast wave and a second broadcast wave delayed from the first broadcast wave.

SOLUTION: A broadcast retransmitting device 400 has a pilot-information generator 414 generating a pilot information 480 showing an amount of delay of a retransmitting wave to the broadcast wave, and an OFDM-modulated retransmitter 418 generating the retransmitting wave including the pilot information 480. A broadcast receiving device 100 is equipped with a delay-amount calculator 14 to calculate the amount of delay of the retransmitting wave to the broadcast wave, a delay-amount memory 21 to store the calculated amount of delay, and a delay-amount determinator 15 to determine the amount of delay in STC based on the amount of delay stored in the delay-amount memory 21.
