PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an incorrect input to a switch of a desktop console. SOLUTION: An electrostatic sensor is used for a sheet switch constituting the desktop console. The combined use of the electrostatic sensor and a contact switch is preferable. The response speed of the electrostatic sensor is changed according to the function assigned to the switch. Even if pressure is applied thereto with a medical record or the like placed on the desktop console, the pressure is not detected as a switch input to favorably prevent the incorrect input.
