<p>Molded body manufacturing involves utilizing cork particles and binder, where cork particles are coated with binder. The molded body is formed by coated cork particles after a thermal treatment. The binder is selected from polyethylene imine, condensation product of 4-10 carbon containing dicarboxylic acid and polyalkylene polyamine (polyamidoamine) or its ethylamine derivative, where a polyamidoamine is made by grafting of 1-10 molecules of primary or secondary amino group. The binder quantity is 0.1-20 weight% of total quantity of cork particle. The binder is applied as an aqueous solution.</p> |
