A method for preparing the beverage using the mulberry branch, and the beverage prepared by the method are provided to maximize the sweet taste of the mulberry branch. A method for preparing the beverage using the mulberry branch comprises the steps of preparing the mulberry branch; parching the prepared mulberry branch; steaming the parched mulberry branch; putting the steamed mulberry branch in water and boiling it; and cooling it.
