A method for preparing the wood pellet, and an apparatus for preparing the wood pellet are provided to control the water content of pulverized sawdust, thereby improving molding efficiency. A method for preparing the wood pellet comprises the steps of preparing sawdust; drying it to a first preset water content; pulverizing the dried one; and controlling the water content to a second preset water content and molding the pulverized one into the wood pellet, wherein the air of high speed is supplied to the sawdust to prevent the agglomeration of sawdust when the sawdust is manufactured. |
