A cleaning device is provided to have high cleaning power without a priming roller by scratching out liquid using squeegee slid on spare spitting face. A cleaning device(100) washes a spare spitting side(81) of a pre-discharging apparatus used for spare spitting operation of a paint device and has squeegees(110a,110b,110c) slid on a spare spitting face on which a liquid is coated and scratching out the liquid. One or more squeegees have a cleaning liquid supplying unit providing the washing solution in a sliding direction side of the squeegees.
