<p>Provided are a hot dip galvanized steel sheet of a duplex steel for automobile panels having properties including a tensile strength of at least 40 to 60 kg/mm^2, an elongation of at least 28% and an r90 value of at least 1.0 manufactured by optimizing temperature for annealing heat treatment, cooling temperature, and alloying temperature, and a method for manufacturing the hot dip galvanized steel sheet. A hot dip galvanized steel sheet of a duplex steel comprises, by weight percent, 0.03 to 0.10% of carbon(C), 0.005 to 0.30% of silicon(Si), 1.5 to 2.5% of manganese(Mn), 0.05 to 0.1% of molybdenum(Mo), 0.004 to 0.10% of aluminum(Al), 0.02 to 0.25% of chromium(Cr), 0.02% or less of phosphorous(P), 0.02% or less of sulfur(S), 0.30 to 1.00% of cobalt(Co) and the balance of iron(Fe) and other inevitable impurities, and has a tensile strength of 40 to 60 kg/mm^2, an elongation of at least 28% and an r90 value of at least 1.0. The hot dip galvanized steel sheet is excellent in workability, plated appearance, and plating properties.</p> |
