A two cycle engine of the gasoline engine oil separation supply system is provided to improve starting up of the engine by supplying gasoline and engine oil to the respective separated state to two cycle engine. A two cycle engine of the gasoline engine oil separation supply system comprises an oil tank(10) supplying the engine oil with storage; a first flow channel(410) transferring the engine oil supplied from the oil tank; an oil pump(400) pumping the engine oil supplied to the first flow channel; and a second fluid channel(420) transferring the engine oil pumped from the oil pump to the engine inside.
