A mixer includes a cylindrical housing-cup, a drive of mixer in the form of a planetary reducer, an electric motor, a fixed solar gear fastened to the cover and bearing, a rotor, which consists of a carrier. For decreasing the overall sizes of reducer along the height and its metal content and improvement of the lubrication of gear drives in the center of cover of mixer along the vertical axis a tubular axle is installed, to which a fixed solar gear is fastened, and the carrier of rotor is installed on the bearings, the planetary reducer is made with smaller gear ratio and is connected with carrier of rotor by gear drive of external gearing with greater gear ratio, for which on the output shaft of planetary reducer a gear is fixed, and on the housing of carrier the gear is fixed, which engages with said gear. Gear and housing of carrier form a cylindrical container for positioning of said fixed solar gear and satellite gears, and also lubricant for lubrication of planetary gear, and branch pipe for loading of other components of mixture is combined with the tubular axle. |
