A method for processing bean is provided to bean to be cooked directly without soaking process and to remove the fishy smell of bean. A method for processing bean comprises the steps of removing the impurities of bean; screening the bean by size; washing it with water and soaking in water for 3 hours; drying it at 60 deg.C for 4 hours; maturing the dried bean in a drier until the temperature of the drier reaches a room temperature; and packaging the matured bean.
