METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF WHOLE SOYBEAN TOFU BY USING NON-FILTRATED HOT-SOYMILK

A method for preparing the whole dubu (bean curd), and the whole dubu prepared by the method are provided to improve the preference of dubu by using the non-filtration type warm soybean milk. A method for preparing the whole dubu by using the non-filtration type warm soybean milk comprises the steps of injecting a coagulating agent to the whole soybean milk solution of a temperature of 55-85 deg.C; and mixing the mixture with a in-line-mixer, thereby solidifying it.
