摘要 A multicolor lighting device using the micro cavity is provided to increase the light efficiency by employing the dual resonant cavity using the semiconductor distributed Bragg reflector structure. A multi-color semiconductor light emitting device comprises a second semiconductor laminate having a second DBR structure, and an active layer(27); a first semiconductor laminate having a first DBR structure and a wavelength conversion layer(17); and a metal reflective layer. A first and second semiconductor film having the different refractive indexes is laminated on the first DBR structure by turns. A third and forth semiconductor film having the different refractive indexes is laminated on the second DBR structure by turns. The first and second electrodes are electrically connected to the first and second electrical conduction semiconductor layers.
