A method of summing up small amounts of cash receipts, a terminal for the method and a program recording medium are provided to store cash transaction using less than five-thousand won in a memory, automatically sum up stored cash transactions and issue a cash receipt when an accumulated transaction exceeds five-thousand won. A cash receipt processing terminal includes an input unit for receiving an identification number and information on the amount of paid money, a confirmation unit(170) for confirming the amount of paid money, providing payment information and the identification number to a cash receipt processor when the confirmed amount of paid money corresponds to cash receipt issuance available amount and providing the payment information and the identification number to a cash receipt small amount summation processor when the confirmed amount of paid money is less than the cash receipt issuance available amount, and the cash receipt processor which generates a cash receipt acknowledgement request message, transmitting the message to a server and receiving a cash receipt acknowledgement response message from the server. |
