A mobile robot system is provided to modularize the functions of a personal robot and establish organic connection environment and expandability between the modules through standardized H/W and S/W interface. A mobile robot system comprises a vision module which processes image data from a camera in order to extract the feature of an object, a sensor module which processes the signal from a sensor mounted on a robot, a mobile module which provides the robot with portability, and an interface module which performs determination based on the results from the vision module, the sensor module, and the mobile module and operates itself. |
