ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY APPARATUS FOR INHIBITING PARAFFIN AND SCALES AND REDUCING VISCOSITY

An environment-friendly apparatus for paraffin and scales inhibition and viscosity reduction includes a jet ultrasonic oscillator(3), an ultrasonic cavitating chamber(4) and a cyclone(1). The cyclone(1) is designed as the inlet of the apparatus and is followed by a jet ultrasonic generator(2), the jet ultrasonic oscillator(3) and the ultrasonic cavitating chamber(4) in turn. The ultrasonic cavitating chamber(4) is designed as the outlet of the apparatus. The apparatus has better effect in paraffin and scales inhibition and viscosity reduction. It enhances the flowability of oil, improves the efficient of pumps, increases the oil production of wells and needn't any additional power. It is safe, environment-friendly and applicable to various types of oil wells and applicable to oil wells with various paraffin and water contents.
