<p>An energy-saving type thermo-hygrostat is provided to exhibit energy substitution effect by controlling a dew point of a heat exchanger differently for cooling/dehumidification mode and pure sensible heat cooling mode. An energy-saving type thermo-hygrostat includes a cold water coil(9) of an indoor unit for cooling air, a damper(14) to be opend or closed by a damper motor according to an output signal from a control part, a 3-way valve(17) for controlling a dew point, a temperature sensor(18) for controlling a dew point, a 3-way valve(19) for controlling indoor temperature/humidity, a cold water coil(20) for an outdoor unit, a circulation pump(21), a supercooling temperature sensor(22), a heat exchanger(16), a 3-way valve(23) for controlling cold water introduction direction, a temperature sensor(24) for detecting atmospheric temperature, a bypass valve(25) for preventing a compressor from being overheated, a temperature sensor(26) for controlling the operation of a bypass valve, a valve(27) for controlling evaporation pressure, first to third electronic valves(28-29), a temperature expansion valve(31) and a static pressure expansion valve(32).</p> |
