Process for preparing a solid crystallized lamellar made of magadiite, comprises: mixing silica, N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-N,N'-dibenzyl hexanediammonium salt, alkaline and/or alkaline-earth metal (M), and water; and hydrothermal treating of the mixture until the solid crystallized lamellar is obtained.
