A feedback limiter through adaptive time control is provided to amplify a signal by a method controlled for reducing a range. An output signal indicating an input signal amplified by an initial gain is output. Signal levels of an input signal and an output signal are determined. The signal level is compared with a threshold level. When the signal level is lower than the threshold level, an initial gain value is updated by using an adaptive control property. When the signal level is higher than the threshold level, the initial gain value is updated by using a fixing control property or the adaptive control property.
