<p>The sinus patch (1) has a flat, flexible, bent cladding material piece (4) with a three-dimensional curvature separate from any textile-folds (5), where the curvature is self-conditioned by textile cladding material. The sinus patch is formed of a recess on a three dimensional bent wall i.e. stent wall, at an outer side of an aortic arch prosthesis with a material-immanent such as fixed curvature. The sinus patch has length which is greater than that of breadth. Folds of the textile-folds run in longitudinal direction of the sinus patch.</p> |
