The machine has tool carrier chassis with ploughing bodies (3-5) towed by a tractor machine. A shredder-squeezer roller (1, 2) is placed behind the bodies for simultaneously shredding and squeezing a furrow slice ploughed by the body. The roller is mounted on arms (13, 14) connected in a pivoting manner to the chassis. The arms are connected to actuators (15, 17) for permitting to displace the arm (13) with respect to the arm (14) and the arm (14) with respect to a beam (11) of the chassis to displace the roller between a work position and a retracted position.
