An antistatic optical film, manufacturing method thereof, and image display device are provided to have exfoliation electrification of small amount and excel appearance by including an antistatic layer laminated on one or more surface of an optical film. In an antistatic optical film, an antistatic layer(2) is laminated in a side of an optical film(1). The antistatic layer contains water dispersibility conductive polymer. An adhesive layer(3) formed by an acryl type adhesive is laminated in an opposite surface of a surface having the optical film of the antistatic layer. The optical film includes a polarizer.
