A battery pack is provided to prevent the defect of appearance by allowing the remaining bond to be accommodated when a bond is charged to install a foot rubber, thereby improving productivity. A battery pack comprises at least one bare cell(110); a circuit board which is electrically connected with the bare cell; and a case(150) which is formed into the form accommodating the bare cell and the circuit board, wherein the case part is formed in the outer bottom of the case into a he groove type, and comprises a foot rubber installation unit(152) in which a foot rubber(151) is installed and an accommodating groove(154) formed in the inner side of foot rubber installation unit.
