<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluation of perfume for evaluating the aptitude of a perfume based on the change of the brain blood flow during eating or smelling the meal added with the perfume by solving the defect based on the function evaluation etc., by using the optical topography. <P>SOLUTION: The method of evaluation of perfume is characterized in that the change of brain blood flow is measured during eating or smelling the meals or drinks added with the perfume, and evaluating the aptitude of the perfume from the measurement result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
