摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit in which the output voltage, i.e., the boosted voltage, can hardly vary even if the temperature varies. SOLUTION: Because of a forward voltage Vf generated in a correction diode D1, the output voltage from a charge pump circuit, i.e., the boosted voltage 4Vref, does not contain a forward voltage Vf generated in diodes D2-D5, and thereby the boosted voltage 4Vref can hardly vary even if the forward voltage Vf generated in the diodes D2-D5 varies due to temperature variation. Since variation in the boosted voltage 4Vref is suppressed even if the temperature varies, variation in boosting rate by the charge pump circuit is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
