PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial eyelid designed so as to make user's eye have a strongly impressive impact through using merely a single product, and enable her to get her makeup on her eye on the eyelid worn. SOLUTION: The artificial eyelid has the following structure: a tape having a vertical width of about 7 mm (ideal double lines of the eyelid) and a length of about 30-35 mm based on the user's eye size as a rough standard, is used as a base material, and artificial hairs grow at the lower side of the base tape just like those of artificial eyelashes.
