<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component incorporating unit wherein deformation due to screw tightening torque can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A clamp 11 is inserted into a clamp hole formed in the seating face of a vehicle body to temporarily fix an electronic component incorporating unit 2. The through hole 48 for screw cramp of a ground terminal 10 is aligned with a screw hole formed in the seating face and the ground portion 49 of the ground terminal 10 is fixed on the seating face by tightening it with a screw. The rotary torque produced by tightening the screw at this time is received by the clamp 11 directly fixed on the ground terminal 10.
