A chitosan hydrogel is provided, in which the material having thiol functional group and bonded with a chitosan derivative is cross-linked. In a chitosan hydrogel, the material having thiol functional group and a chitosan derivative covalent-bonded with a biomolecule having N-functional group in the molecular structure is cross-linked. The biomolecule is selected among linoleic acid, linolnenic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, mead acid, arachidonic acid, cis-eicosa-5,8,11,14,17-pentaenoic acid, cis-docosa-7,10,13,16-tetraenlic acid, cis-docosa-4,7,10,13,16-pentaenoic acid, octa-5,9,12-trienoic acid; colombinic acid, methyl-hydroxy-5,8,12,14-tetraenoate, laurencenynes, undeca-1,3,5,8-tetracenes, hydoxyeicosapentaenic acid, hydroperoxyeicostetraenic acid, phosphatidylethanolamine, phohspatidic acid, phosphatidylglycerols, phosphatidylserines, and inositol. |
