PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of access to a memory means while preventing degradation in performance of a calculation means when reading/writing the output data of the calculation means having a calculation precision higher than that of input data by using the memory means. SOLUTION: Separation process means 2-4 separate the output data of a calculation means 1 into the data rounded to the precision of input data and the input data of digits lower than the rounded data. A memory control means 5 writes two data separated by the separation process means 2-4 into a memory means 6, reads the two data from the memory means 6, and reads only the rounded data out of the two data in the memory means 6. Restoration process means 7 and 8 combine the two data read out of the memory means 6 by the memory control means 5 into single data and restore the data having the calculation precision of the calculation means 1 from the combined data.
