PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush bolt capable of locking a door partially by secure operation and preventing the door from being illegally unlocked by lifting a rod by a hand or a tool through a clearance between a floor surface and a lower frame of the door. SOLUTION: This flush bolt is composed of a base main body 5 attached to a vertical frame 2 of the door 1 so as to dig in, the rod 8 engaging in a receiving hole 10 provided at the door 1 fixed position on the floor surface 9, a joint member 11 holding the rod 8 in an upper part and sliding for the base main body 5, a fulcrum 16 and an operation knob mounting piece 20 provided by protruding into the vicinity of an upper end part of the joint member 11, a lock member 15 mounted on the operation knob mounting piece 20, and a sliding piece 19 and an operation knob 6 for turning the lock member 15.
