<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication loads for reading job information and to accelerate the reading of the job information. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 is provided with: an HDD 13 for storing a plurality of job history data each of which comprises a plurality of item data corresponding to a plurality of items; a nonvolatile memory 11 for storing a definition file in which a target item number to be read from the job history data is set, an operation part 14 or a communication part 18 to which a job history data reading instruction is input; and a control part 10 for extracting item data corresponding to the target item number set in the definition file when the job history data reading instruction is input and then outputting the extracted item data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
