<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal storage system capable of efficiently using heat stored by efficiently using a heat pump for a plurality of applications, and installable even in a limited space. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal storage system 100 is composed of a heat pump unit 1, a thermal storage tank 2, a header part 4, a heat radiation apparatus 6, a hot-water supply plug 7, a water feed source 8, a water heater 9, a controller 10 and a blower 11. A latent heat storage material 3 for storing heat of a heat medium heated by the heat pump unit 1, and a heat exchanger C1 are housed in the thermal storage tank 2, and a heat exchanger C3 for generating hot water delivered to the water heater 9 is housed in the header part 4. The heat stored in the thermal storage tank 2 is used for heating an interior 116 through the heat radiation apparatus 6, and can be used for generating hot water delivered to the water heater 9.
