A roll type composite sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shield and absorb electromagnetic interference and heat and to simplify a manufacturing process without an adhesive layer by using a silicon gel with high adhesion property. A silicone gel of 10~28 weight% is formed by combining a weight ratio of 2:8 or 8:2 in which the silicone gel of the low viscosity below 2000 cSt(mm^2/s) at 25 ‹C and the silicone gel of the high viscosity above 2000 cSt(mm^2/s) at 25‹C is 2000 cSt(mm^2/s). The powder of 13 - 40 weight % for shielding an electromagnetic interference with a flake type, dendrite type, a minute particle, and an amorphous type is selected from the copper coated with silver, copper, nickel, tin, aluminum, the silver coated with the nickel, the aluminum coated with the silver, the graphite coated with the silver, the tin coated with silver, a glass bead coated with the silver, and the graphite coated with the nickel, the ceramic coated with the silver, the carbon black, the graphite, and the group composed of the mixed compound. The powder of 30-60 weight% for absorbing the electromagnetic interference of the flaked type is selected from the group made of the Fe-Si, Fe-Cr, Fe-Ni, Fe-Al, Fe-Ni-Mo, Fe-Al-Si, Fe-Cr-Si and the mixture thereof. The powder of 13 to 40 weight% for the heat dissipation of the dendrite type is selected from the group made of the alumina, silica, magnesia, silicon nitride, graphite, carbon and the mixture thereof.
