A filter housing for a water purifier is provided to bond easily a lower body with an upper body, to have secure bond of the lower body and the upper body after the bond and to bond easily the lower body and the filter. A filter housing for a water purifier comprises a lower body(20), a water inlet(12), an outlet(14), an upper body(10), a joint(32) and a connecting member. The lower part contains a filter. A fluid is flown to the water inlet. The outlet discharges the fluid. The upper part is combined at an upper part of the lower body. The joint is protruded from the upper end of the filter, in a direction of the upper body and has a bonding groove and a connection hole. The bonding groove is formed in a location corresponding to the joint in order to insert the joint. A guide projection(34) is formed at outer side of the joint. A guide rail is formed in a location corresponding to a guide projection in an inner circumference of the bonding groove.
