PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape affixing device capable of efficiently affixing an adhesive tape divided into a plurality of portions on one side part of a substrate. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape affixing device comprises a feed reel 11 with an adhesive tape 2 with a releasing paper 1 wrapped therearound and a winding reel 12 for winding the releasing paper after the adhesive tape is affixed to a substrate, a feed chuck 27 for drawing the adhesive tape with the releasing paper from the feed reel with the length corresponding to a side ridge part of the substrate, a cutting mechanism 24 for cutting only the adhesive tape to a plurality of portions of the predetermined length when drawing the adhesive tape from the feed reel, a pressurizing tool 7 for press-affixing the cut adhesive tape to the substrate, and a peeling unit 16 which peels the releasing paper from an adhesive sheet affixed firstly to the substrate when the first cut adhesive tape is affixed to a side ridge part of the substrate by the pressurizing tool, and the next cut adhesive tape is affixed to the side ridge part of the substrate by the pressurizing tool.
