A golf mat is provided, which enables a user to observe the swing posture in the golf mat for the golf practice in the swing operation by equipping with a reflecting mirror having the reflecting surface. A golf mat(100) including a reflecting mirror comprises: a swing part(112) in which the golf ball can be put; a hitting box(132) in which a golfer determines a hitting location to strike the golf ball put on the swing part with the golf club; a middle part positioned between the swing part and the hitting box; a reflecting mirror(122) having the reflecting surface; and a tilting angle control unit for controlling the tilting angle of the reflecting mirror against the top of the middle part.
