PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladle for cooking, scooping ingredients and soup together, or separately scooping contents only or soup only, and skimming off scum. SOLUTION: This ladle made of metal or synthetic resin includes a handle part and a scooping bowl part, wherein the ingredients and soup can be separately poured, or scum can be skimmed off with one ladle. In the ladle, part of the upper end peripheral edge of the scooping bowl is extended like a semi-spherical dome to cover part of the upside of the inner recessed part of the scooping bowl, and the dome-like extended part is provided with a number of small holes or meshes such as circular holes, slit-like elongated holes, star-shaped holes, or flower-shaped holes.
