Provided are a real-time game system and service using a bio-sensor and a communication terminal. A method for providing a game service according to the present invention includes: receiving a first bio-signal of at least one participant from a communication terminal corresponding to the participant; determining a task to be carried out by each participant on a predetermined game based on the received, first bio-signal; transmitting the determined task to the communication terminal and receiving a second bio-signal of each participant from the communication terminal; calculating a degree of achievement of the task on each participant based on the received, second bio-signal; and determining a conclusion of the predetermined game based on the calculated degree of achievement. Accordingly, interest and motivation occur, and continuous health management that is not restricted by time and place is possible, and a flexible health management service that is suitable for a user's physical change and a situation change can be provided.
