<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein foreign matters which are not molten at treatment temperature are mixed in crushed waste plastics and are clogged in a discharge port of a die etc., causing an operation trouble. <P>SOLUTION: In a twin-screw extrusion type waste plastic treatment method, stemming parts are provided in respective screws 6, 6 arranged on the upstream side of a vent part 10 and on the downstream side from kneading parts 6b, 6c. The stemming part has a gear kneading screw 6e in which a plurality of slits 16b extended from the circular outer peripheral face to the inner diameter direction and communicating upstream and downstream sides with each other are circumferentially formed at predetermined intervals.
