PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency for producing a core by automatically removing burrs around the core in a core manufacturing process, and by preventing the damage of the core by suppressing the free falling-down of the core in pushing out the core, and by easily controlling the position and posture of the core to be taken out, and by taking the countermeasure for an automatic carrying system into consideration. SOLUTION: A burr removing jig is brought into close contact with a movable die. Burrs are separated from a core body by slightly pushing the core in a core pushing process. Then, the core is completely pushed out in a process for lowering the burr removing jig. Then, the burr removing jig holding the core is arranged on a carrying-out shuttle. After adjusting the height of a carrying-out table, the core is taken out together with the burr removing jig. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
