<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having a low degree of the degeneration of proteins even after a long term preservation and having high preservation stability over time. <P>SOLUTION: This composition comprises the following components (1) and (2), and has 0.75 to 10 wt.% content of the component (2) and 20 to 50 moles total amount of the component (1) based on 1 mol of the component (2).
