A marketing system using customer relationship management and a marketing method thereof are provided to supply customized financial related contents to a client by using client relationship management and monitor a response of the client to grasp interesting areas, thereby realizing more efficient marketing. A marketing support server requests detailed information of a grasped client interesting product to a product operating server. A client relationship terminal receives product advertisement information from the marketing support server and outputs the information on a screen. The client relationship terminal monitors responses of clients to collect client interesting information. The client relationship terminal provides the collected client interesting information to the marketing support server. A window terminal receives detailed information of the client interesting product from the marketing support server. The window terminal outputs the detailed information on the screen. |
