The bracket plug is for holding radiators on wall. A core (1) has conically-narrowing, concentrically arranged camlike steps (2) encircled by a tubular sleeve (3) having finger-like clamping jaws (4). A bolt (9) mounted in the bracket element (7) is aligned by the sleeve (3) and is engaged by threads with the plug core (1) so that during installation of the plug, turning the screw causes the core (1) with the conical steps to press outwards the neighbouring finger-like clamping jaws (4).
