PURPOSE:To enable to increase the integration density without requiring epitaxial layer separation, by reducing the number of components through the use of I<2>L logic element. CONSTITUTION:I<2>L logic element 17 is used. The crystal oscillator 21 is connected between the collector terminal 16 and the base terminal 13, and one end of the oscillator 21 is for use with phase adjustment and another terminal is grounded via the frequency adjusting capacitors 22, 23. With this constitution, when the value of the resistors 8,20 are taken respectively as 2 kOMEGA and 10 kOMEGA, the collector potential of the vertical transistor Tr is as shown in curve A and the injector potential of the lateral Tr 12 is as shown in curve B, and each potential can be determined. Accordingly, with the DC feedback, the collector voltage of Tr 11 makes DC stable point around the operation minimum voltage 0.7V of Tr. After that, in oscillation circuit, the operating point like this is obtained in DC manner, and it reaches the required voltage level for the oscillation of the oscillator 21 and the loop gain required for the oscillation, to start the oscillation with specified frequency. |
