Supplementary agent and filler, used for preparing phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive or urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive which is useful for plywood manufacture, were prepd. by mixing the mixt. which was composed of by-products of wheat crushed in 80 mesh 85%, wheat flour 13% and chalk 2%.
