PURPOSE:To make the delay line for drop-out part correction needless and obtain a high-quality reproducing picture, by using the field memory commonly for slow motion reproducing and drop-out compensation. CONSTITUTION:In the normal dynamic picture reproducing time, one-field memory unit 8 stores the reproducing signal and starts to store the next field after refresh at the end of storage of one-field components, and unit 8 repeats this operation. When drop-out occurs, it is detected by drop-out detecting circuit 7 to control switch 9, and the signal of the same horizontal scanning period, which is stored in one- field memory unit 8, one field before is transmitted to TV 10. In the slow motion reproducing time, one-field reproducing from the video disc and one-field reproducing from one-field memory unit 8 which stores the reproducing signal are repeated alternately. |
