PURPOSE:To obtain nutritive sanitary drink for dissolving fatsoluble vitamin, by using Kefir grain soluble matter KGF-C. CONSTITUTION:Nutritive sanitary drink comprising Kefir grain soluble matter KGF-C, and preferably glycyrrhizin as a sweetening agent and pectin as a co- precipitation inhibitor for making fatsoluble vitamin (e.g., vitamin C and E, etc.) soluble, and, it necessary water-soluble vitamin (e.g., vitamin C and B), an amino acid, and an organic acid. Since fatsoluble vitamin is slightly soluble in an aqueous solution, nutritive sanitary drink, and has ot been added to the drink. The use of Kefir grain soluble matter KGF-C, obtained from Kefir grain, a speed bacillus of fermentation milk Kefir which has been transmitted from antiquity in the district of the Caucasus Mountains in soviet by the method indicated in Japan Kokai 52- 154511, makes fatsoluble vitamin readily soluble, and it has good taste and is pleasant to the palate. |
