Thermal power plant with forced draught cooling tower - uses waste waste heat for power generation in winter and forced draught for cooling tower in summer

The Parent patent described the use of a thermal power plant with draught-assisted cooling. In this addition, this is operated in two ways as follows: in winter the waste heat from the thermal plant is used for driving the propeller, which in turn drives a generator, while in summer a motor drives the propeller to provide additional intensive cooling for the condenser.
