The weather-proof covering for a moped rider gives protection to the whole body, and consists of a frame mounted on the moped. Partly attached to the frame is a plastics cape which is detachably joined to a back shield and two arm shields. When not in use, the back shield and sleeves are rolled into the cape up to the shoulder, and buttoned to the top of the frame.
