PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive, easy-to-handle fluid mixing device which is hard to cause hunting by detecting character of mixed fluid, making instantaneous control of this and target value, and increasing or decreasing the master pulse that makes ratio control. CONSTITUTION:In a fluid mixing device that keeps sulfur content of petroleum when mixing plural kinds of petroleum, ratio setting adjuster 22-26 that control flow rate of each fluid are installed in the inlet passage 11-15 and a character detector is provided in the mixing flow passage to detect the character. This and the target value is adjusted and calculated by a monentary value controller 39, and the output and master pulse are multiplied, and the ratio of fluid of inlet flow passages 11-15 is controlled by the value. Thus, the mixing ratio of fluid in the inlet flow passage is controlled without using an expensive electronic computer and without causing hunting. |
