PURPOSE:To apply ceramic coating to the burner combustion port to afford a fire resistance thereto, in the burner combustion port exposed to high temperature by igniting injection port of a liquid and a gas. CONSTITUTION:Reference numeral 1 designates an injection port of the burner; 2, a partition port; 3, an outer edge; and 11, an outer cover. Reference numeral 4 designates surfaces formed by causing fine granular members of ceramics to the inner sides of the above members. The adhering method is possible by explosive deposition, evaporation, electrodeposition, coating deposition and the like. It is possible to employ a fire resisting adhesive as a bonding agent. With respect to coating, it is possible to select ceramics which become coating materials depending upon thickness, size of granules and properties in accordance with the using conditions irrespective of the combustion port of the burner. |
